Anna Gledhill is a contemporary abstract artist based in Southern California. She is inspired by the beauty of nature. She started drawing when she was 4 years old and became a full time artist during the pandemic. 7-year-biology & botany study along with 6-years-math-teaching experience brings science, physics and biology to her art.
"I don’t paint what I have seen, I paint what I feel from this world. I love to explore different mediums and find the best color combinations that speak for me. I let color flow and form on its own. Feel the freedom of intuition, then I add circles, swirls, dots and lines to express myself and my deepest feelings. I combine philosophy and science in my painting to build a connection between us and the universe."
There is so much darkness and sorrow in this world, I hope my art is a source of good vibes for people, and brings peace and love to all.
