Bee is a contemporary abstract artist who works primarily in acrylics and mixed media. She is based on the on the East Coast of Australia and her childhood was spent surrounded by the mountains, the bush and the beach. She draws inspiration from the everyday - colours, shapes and patterns and the impact of this on our emotions. She seeks to explore the possibilities of the unconscious mind by using colour, texture and lines to represent a visual language.
