My name is Didi and I’m a Canadian Artist from Toronto. My love relationship with painting started when I was 8 years old. I used to paint on any empty surface I found around me. If I’m not painting, I’m definitely thinking of my next piece, imagining every stroke in my head until I get my hands on a canvas to pour all my passion & emotions into it.
I completed a one year advanced art course to learn the basics of drawings & painting while finishing my master’s degree in Social Science. I continued my art experimentation & creations at my home art studio in Oakville, Ontario.
My painting style is abstract, contemporary, vibrant, electric, & very textured. Never a dull painting! I pour all my emotions into my white canvas to create masterpieces that represent how I view and feel the world around me: its energy, its charm, its light, and all its wonderful elements.
I love creating commission art pieces for my friends & my collectors. I usually interview the person to understand their personality & passion then I translate my findings into a painting that represents who they are in my artistic eye.
All my paintings come with a "Certificate of Authenticity" signed & dated.
