"I was born in 1979 in Budapest. I graduated as a decorative painter at the Dezső Bokányi Vocational School of Art.
After the graduating, I worked in the decorative painting profession for many years, later I sold paintings, including my works too, which depicted urban streets and famous buildings in realistic style. Meanwhile, I made portraits for orders, which were also made in realistic style.
The deepening of contemporary pop art began to influence me later, and this is what my today works show.
I look at the environment, the objects, the interactions with the background, both in colors and forms. In my figurative pictures, I often look for new shapes by blending the backgrounds and the materials, then hide them with lighter shades to shift the focus of attention from the figure to a particular shape. I look for the interaction of colors, the matching of patterns, while keeping a scene on a particular theme. My ideas come from the most ordinary scenes, or mainly the lights and shadows of forms."
